Alloy pipe

The alloy bending pipes have excellent properties of withstanding impact, extrusion, material wear and so on. They are usually used in pipelines of concrete conveying pipes, mud conveying pipes, etc.

The manufacturing method of alloy bending tube is generally: push, pressing, forging, casting etc.

Manganese steel alloy material bend because of manganese steel can withstand shock, extrusion, material wear of excellent properties, such as is commonly used in the conveying pipe, mud pipeline etc wear consumption more serious in the pipeline.

The bending tube of high mn steel alloy is used in the pipe with stronger fluid flow and stronger impact.

Nickel alloy bend steel quality are usually used in high concentration of oxidizing acid (nitric acid, sulfuric acid) at room temperature in the pipeline, but in reducing acid (hydrochloric acid, thin sulfuric acid, etc.) of severe corrosion in the pipeline will be, unless the hydrochloric acid concentration is very low.

Martensitic alloy bend under 650 ℃ high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and vapor corrosion resistant ability, but poor weldability.

The appearance of an alloy bent tube shall have no surface cracks, cracks, folds or other harmful effects.
